1. Naps are good, especially when it's a 100° outside.

3. I love naps. I take them about once a month when I've gotten up early for work.

My cats love it when I've come home to nap too.

5. Never did till about 2 yr ago...
Now, I take a short one during my noon lunch break, prob no more than 5 minutes max, but with 5 minutes on each side with eyes closed relaxing. On Sat and Sun, more like 15 minutes in the PM around 2:30. I find it very very helpful, I'm not as tired in later part of the afternoon.

7. I nap as often as I can during the week.
I took a half-hour power nap today. My naps will range anywhere from 15 minutes to 2 hours (on the weekends only for that length). I try to nap every day if I can.

8. I am no good at naps.
It takes me over an hour to fall asleep for twenty minutes.

Attempting to nap is a waste of time. I get my sleep at night.

9. I'm incapable of napping.
I cannot fall asleep in the daytime. Occasionally, when I've been extremely exhausted, I've tried to nap. Probably only been successful once or twice in my life.

10. About 4 afternoons a week
I'm retired and since my pets seem to sleep all the time, I decided to join them.

We start out by watching Law and Order about 2PM. I yell out "nappy" and they come running. I have to lift the short ones on the bed - 4 small pups, 3 cats. The 2 big dogs sleep on the floor.

We're probably good for about 2 hours.

12. I used to nap almost every day when I was in college.
Full time classes, full time job. Had to get some zzzzz's in there somewhere.

18. Not a napper.
Never got the knack.

If I'm jet lagged I can do it, but even then it screws me up.
