And if I did I'm afraid I wouldn't be getting the "message." But I guess an e-mail wouldn't hurt, you know, just in case she lost her phone or something.

10. Well, if I'm a collections agent paid by the number of calls I make...
...getting no answer repeatedly might be more cost-effective than actually getting through.
