My body feels happily exhausted and mentially I'm relaxed but very aware and filled with peace. Love it!

But I only move if I have to. The S in Tobin S. stands for Sloth.

3. I do agree.
It's probably more true after one gets past the "Oh, god, I've gotta do this again tomorrow?" stage and into the, "Oh, hey, I can do this again tomorrow!" stage.

4. Absolutely!
I'm always in a good mood when I leave the gym, or even come back from a nice walk along the river...I get depressed sitting indoors watching TV after sitting in an office cubicle all day.

5. 110%
endorphins are powerful stuff!

""Some researchers have learned that strenuous exercise releases endorphins into the blood stream. Others have found that endorphins are released during orgasm, as well as during laughter"" (from goaskalice.edu)

9. As Mark Twain said:
Sure, excercise will make you live longer. But only by the amount of time you've spent exercising, so why bother?

I'm with him. So what if I exercise and get an extra five years of life? What if those are the years between 87 and 92 years old? What am I going to do with those extra years, drool more?

No, thanks.

11. I know it's true
I feel fantastic after a workout. I don't care about the life extension benefits. This "feel good" lasts all day and sometimes even the next. Sometimes I fantasize about working out. Does this sound weird? Does anyone else do that? I work out with weights and I love the feel I get when doing my reps.

I also get the same benefit from working in the garden. Just being close to nature is an upper.
