I read the Guardian rather than U.S. news sources b/c we were getting so much propaganda. I would read things that were dismissed in the U.S. or ignored - then the U.S. papers would admit the truth maybe 6 months later.
A couple of things really stood out for me -
The Jessica Lynch store and the Pat Tillman story.
As well as the biggest truth about the lies from the Bush administration about wmds, etc. The American newspapers disgraced and discredited themselves during the Bush years.
