really lightened it up!

grass in the foreground is a little yellow but there is a lot more detail

8. From a cell phone?!

Clarity and composition, just fluid eye candy. From the rings of light in the clouds on the left to an intriguing silhouette work at the the base. A spiffy shot it is Miss Kali.

...my own cell phone is one of those "should have known better" deals. I got one with a 1.3 megapixels camera because I said "I HAVE a digital camera, I'll NEVER USE THIS."

And I use it all the damned time, because I'll be out and about and will see something that MUST BE PHOTOGRAPHED, so I get these grainy pics.

BUT...the "minimalist" stuff has a charm all its own, especially when you Photoshop the daylights out of it.

But my next phone will have a "real" camera.

18. I noticed with the last round of "upgrades"

and "free" phones from verizon that most of them had either no camera or had gone to a lower mp than our old phones grrrr - so I didn't upgrade (or renew contract) and I think they are getting pretty antsy about it. I mean who keeps the same phone for 3 years???!!!
