Now that would have truly been something.

Mark Lindsey Chapman was the actor who was cast to play John Lennon until they found out his real name was the same as the man who shot Lennon.

Jenny Agutter would have been interesting.

Denise Crosby ended up as Tasha Yar, while Rosalind Chao had a recurring minor role as Keiko in both ST:TNG and DS9.

Interesting that Tim Russ was under consideration as Geordi, then ended up as Tuvok on Voyager.

Is that "Mr October" Reggie Jackson, or another actor with the same name as the baseball player?
