3. That's the problem with weights.
You have to buy ones heavy enough to push your muscles beyond what they're capable of now...so how the hell do you get them home from the store?

5. We're buying Bikes today...
To ride outside. I'm so excited. I'm finally motivated to exercise. I need to lose some major weight and get healthy, which is what is more about. I've got some health issues that can be helped by getting into shape. Good luck with your stationary bike! I hope you get motivated and use it for more than a clothes rack. =)

6. (Please understand this thread is all a joke- 63 year old "old mark" is secretly IRL
a gym rat - my wife and I go to the gym at least 3 days a week, do the cardio AND the strength training stuff...I really DO lift weights, but use machines to do it now, because they are so stylish and I look damn cute in my gym togs...)

This is our secret, LFP - don't tell anyone!
