Anyone know any good back surgery forums?

Getting surgery in Dec, and I know the DU policy on medical stuff

But does anyone know any good forums dedicated to this?

1. Do you have a diagnosis?

I don't know any forums for that. But I can speak from my own experience with back pain.
I'd be happy to discuss my own experiences.

2. Oh yeah - diagnosis, MRI and surgery scheduled

I just want to find others who have had the same surgery, and learn what the recovery period is like, etc...

3. my back pain ended when i got stung by a bee.

may arm swelled to gigantic proportions. I went to the emergency care.

They gave me steroids. Prednizone as I recall. I had a doctors appointment the following month
My back felt great. I asked her what took the pain from my back the bee sting or the meds.
she chuckled and said the steroids were a great anti inflammatory. It's been two years and my back feels great to this day.
