Seriously, I used to be a huge college (Oklahoma State) and NFL Fan (Dolphins) when I lived in the States.

Over time, my addiction has completely faded. Hell, I was even excited about the world cup!

Is there any help for me? Well at least the Premier League has begun!

Football is supposed to be played with the feet, hence the name "football". Our football is not technically football; it derived from rugby, so our football ought to be renamed American rugby. This info I got 24 years ago from an American soccer fan and amateur player.
