2. This lady that lives above my partners condo in boulder

is always complaining about his noise and always knocking on his door hassling him. The housing authority ignore her complaints and jason does a good job of handling her. She is mentally ill and a drug addict. (i have no idea what her drug of choice is).

Jason had a bad reaction to his shock treatment so I spent three days driving between boulder and franktown (dog sitting for my parents) and was just taking care of him.

Yesterday morning I had to drive back to franktown to feed the dogs.I got to the parking lot and as usual, this lady was sitting in her car. (she spends hours reading romance novels in her car) I knew all about her and always told myself she BEST not engage with me. Well, yesterday she tried....

She rolled down her window and said,"You were making noise in your bathroom at 4am,you are suppose to be quiet after 10pm,I am going to call the housing authority."

I put on the biggest grin I could..raised my hand, and flipped her off. She went ballistic! She started spewing all kinds of gibberish and motioned and started heading towards jason's front door. I knew jason was sick and didn't want her bothering him, but that is exactly what she wanted me to do, so I just got in the car and drove off.Besides, I knew jason could handle her.

Jason called me while I was on the highway and he said that she pounded on his door and when he answered she said...and I quote....."You and your homosexual lover were having sex in the bathroom at 4am."..it actually made me giggle,I haven't heard that kind of ignorance in a long time.

I would love to go to the board with this one, but this lady will file a complaint and they will ignore it. Jason says it happens every other month or so in his 5 years of living there.

(We were making noise in the bathroom at 4am,I was comforting jason while he was gagging and throwing up in the toilet)

So, what do you think this lady's problem is? She's on disability for being mentally ill and works part-time,she has no friends,and she does strange (although harmless) things in the complex. She is totally functional..she works part time and she gets section 8, that leaves enough money to spend the month on drugs.

I think her BIG problem is she was jealous of me being there with jason. She was seeing my mother's car off and on for three days and it really rang her bell.

She truly thought that jason and i were having sex in the bathroom and she probably hasn't gotten any in years,so that might have touched her off. Who knows?

and thinks all homosexuals have sex in the bathroom...

I don't THINK I have ever done it in a bathroom...

4. Oh, I have had my fair share of shower loving

but these days I am already a fall risk in the shower let alone adding another hazard like a person.

6. I am so sorry that Jason has to deal with that type of abuse from her.

He really doesn't need that on top of everything else he is trying to deal with. :(

Doesn't she have any clue that it's a disability that is causing any of the noise she hears?

Is she really that incredibly clueless? Is is really hate that makes her just assume that every possible sound must be the too gay people up there "bumping uglies?"
