How come I can’t get to Project Gutenberg?

How come I can’t get to Project Gutenberg?
http://www.gutenberg.org/

I keep getting this:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /browse/recent/last1.html.utf8.gz on this server.
Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am at work, but usually when a site is blocked I get a Fortiguard screen.
