2. Yes, you've been able to do that for a while, now.
You can make the Stars wear Minnesota NorthStars colors, the Oakland/California Seals/Golden Seals, or Cleveland Barons Colors.

You can turn the Phoeniz Coyotes back into the Winnipeg Jets, albiet thier older jersey (they used to have the 1990s jersey available, too)

You can also have the Devils dress in their Colorado Rockies and Kansas City Scouts livery.

You can even make the Canucks wear these...
