I don't believe that's a secret, but I've found that I need to state it about once every 2 years here.
Oh, here's a secret. I've lost about 40 lbs. (not by choice!) since I was last home and I haven't updated my Facebook pic because I think I look gaunt even at 255lbs. and 6'4".
