I have always been in awe when I see trees near the treeline.
I especially enjoy bonsai that represent that theme.

image/plant that represents the near-oxygen-limit.

1. I had one of these, too.
And then I got a Ginkgo tree whcih is still in bonsai shape but doing well. :hi:

4. Exquisite! That is a magnificent representation of the krumholtz landscape
I especially love how the wall and table colors represent the rocky inhospitality of the high peaks, while the vibrant blue of the pot suggests the deceptive distances and darkened skies produced by the rarified atmosphere. You, sir, are a true bonsai master...

8. Humbly, I thank you for the accolades.
The secret is that during the winter months, I would keep
it in the freezer during the night and in the refrigerator
during the day, simulating the natural environment.
