FVCK! my Mom is driving me fucking crazy!
85. A guy calls today. The son of her best friends ever. The same guy that screwed my Mom out of her retirement. The same guy that has not paid one dime on money that he owes my Mom, that I COVER FOR EVERY MONTH. As of right now he owes 40 thousand dollars.

My Mom has refused to sue him for the money. And two others that reneged on deals.

So this guy, Charlie, calls today, and asks my Mom to help him with some contracts and stuff. AND SHE DOES IT! "Yea Charlie as soon as I can".

The same guy who's Mom (once my Mom's best friend) threatened her with "exposing all your secrets" in a letter about my Mom suing her son (which she would never do).

I told her to tell him to go fuck himself and she isaid "but he needs my help and I don't do tit for tat".

Well ma, FUCK THAT FUCKING FUCK and his fat fcuking parents who care more about Money than your friendship.

I swear this whole thing is getting to be too much for me.

1. Benny...
Here is what I have learned with my mom...she is going to do what she is going to do, and as long as she does not have dementia or otherwise need power of attorney...you will not be able to stop her.

Can you somehow circumvent your mom in all of this, and go directly to the guy and have a little chat with him and advise him not to ask your mom for a thing anymore? Seems like you may have some leverage considering he owes your mom some money.

Also, is there a lawyer involved in this money situation?

Hang tough, Benny.

No lawyers. When my dad died all the people that owed her moeny stopped paying and she did not hire an attorney to sue them (against my wishes of course) She has lost her house, her everything since yet continues to help this piece of shit.

Mind blowing.

But really how much more do I owe her? To me, and I am seriously thinking of this, is to take my help away from her. I really cannot stand to look at her when I know she made deals with people to screw me and herself. She had no problem putting my son in prison for an amount ten times less than what she is owed by Charlie.

Charlie managed to screw my parents out of about 50 grand before my Father died by ingratiating himself in my parents business.

3. This is none of my business, of course, but
I think you might have the right idea of stopping the help you are giving your mother. If she is squandering your money and won't listen to reason, what recourse do you have?

4. The money and hep I give her
are to keep her alive. Without it, she would be dead. Or homeless.
The money comes from others mostly though but I still buy food and gas and all that.

don't get mad at your mom - she is a kind, decent person (albeit TOO kind) - you need to kick some serious Charlie ass
