Laptop innovations - well, griping and kibitzing

I'm new to this.

So far I have learned (tech "support", 4 transferred calls) that it takes 2 to 3 hours to charge the battery AND that I *can* use it as a PC and leave it plugged in almost all the time but ought to let the battery drain every once in awhile.


O.K., so I'm adjusting, but in this wonderful website, it's all right-handed. The scrolling is on the Right. The checkboxes in the Alert window are on the Left.

So, you've got to move the cursor from one end to the other side.


I'm not going further with this. Anybody know what I'm saying?!1
