Funny, and I was just thinking of my Hush Puppies from 1967 or 8. The best shoes I've ever had. They were grey suede on the top and the nice black soles that were so mushy and springy and quiet when I walked.

I just couldn't wait to put those things on.

Why can't they still make shoes like that?

Damn.

2. Yeah I remember a pair of beige suede hush puppies I had in 5th grade
They were really good shoes.

4. This is them, if I remember right. Maybe the most comfy shoe I've ever had.



I guess they're still gettable. For ninety big ones. Oh well.
