9. I've seen things in an unflushed public toilet that were more attractive and smelled better.
That's easily the most fucked up airport on the planet. The shuttle bus from the car rental place has to go around EVERY FUCKING BUILDING to get you to your terminal - it can take 45 fucking minutes or more!

10. Drunk enough to not care
Sober enough to get the hell out!

I have a mental image of the "duty-free" shop at Newark - Couple of brothas sittin' on the tailgate of a truck " Yo, man, whatchoo need? We got the real deal, the whole deal, right here!" "I think we have some in stock - which way you goi'n when you leave?"

11. Newark...
:scared:

Experienced hell on earth in July, connecting through that place. EEEESH.

My 6 YO got the last, best word in, however--vomited in one of the Continental terminals. That about sums up our opinion of Newark.

13. I'm confused
I went through Newark earlier this year and really didn't think it was so bad. I got a great book on Genghis Khan in the bookstore there.

However, I'm coming back through JFK on the way back from a trip to Ireland later this month.

Maybe I should be drunk?
