I have a bag of 'em in my freezer just for that purpose. I just wish Quorn wasn't so expensive.

I've tried making curry, but haven't gotten the knack yet.
And Quorn is expensive, whether buying at your local market or Whole Foods. I haven't seen a price difference between my Kroger and WF. But at least at WF, the package won't have freezer burn like at Kroger. The turnover or usage rate of these veggie brands is certainly higher at WF ;)
