Guitarist Mick Abrahams/Blodwyn Pig website - does anyone remember this band?

They were kind of a jazzy blues band, split from Jethro Tull and a few lesser bands. Great guitar work, and they are still playing, although they look a bit older now...

NOTE - this site takes a few seconds to load, but will play music for you if you let it...

1. I remember. I haven't heard them in years.
One of the guys later joined Savoy Brown Blues Band, speaking of groups from the past.

Blodywn Pig was decent prog rock band. Better than Rush, anyway ;-)

2. I have "A Head Rings Out" on CD
Dear Jill is a number I still play when the bartender needs some business.

4. I used to love those guys.
Too bad they never hit it big in this country. I think they were bigger in England.

His guitar work is incredible - the whole new album is on this site, and it just runs as a background...really a first rate player.
