11. I agree :)
At first I thought it was one of those concrete mixtures where they load garbage into it like glass and plastic, but it's too irregular for even a chunk of concrete. Not sure what the darker stone is; some of it looks like flint.

12. I don't know what the chunks are either, but
I'm pretty sure the whole piece is breccia because the chunks are angular, not rounded like the chunks in conglomerates are. Breccia chunks aren't as worked as conglomerate chunks because breccia chunks haven't traveled as far from their source rocks as conglomerate chunks have.

Interesting pics. I like rocks. :-)

13. I've forgotten most of the geology I took 30 years ago
but I like rocks, too :)

I'm not a geologist, though. Chemistry and calculus were over my head, so I went back to drafting. Now I make maps for those companies that rely on geologists for their final products ;)
