Words often used in Chinese take out names
I notice how common some words are in the names of Chinese take out places.
I can think of:
Happy
Dragon
Family
Garden
Gourmet
Asia
Wok
Great Wall

Any others you can think of?

10. General Tso fought in the Taiping Rebellion, mid-19th Century
But I have read that he had nothing to do with the dish that bears his name, some restaurateur just thought it sounded good.

2. Buffet.
We have a Hong Kong Buffet in town. One of my daughter's friends works there and she said they sell WAY more take-out than they do buffet food. Of course that might be because they charge over $8 for the buffet and most of the food is greasy.

4. I once lived in a predominantly Spanish-speaking neighborhood in NYC
and the local Chinese place made a gallant effort to translate its menu. The result: the classic dish "Moo Goo Gai Cacerola".
