Is "hmmmmmmm" correctly spelled with one, two, three, or more m's?

But since I just learned that proper etiquette is to use only one space between sentences on internet boards rather than two I may be off in my opinion.

one must express over the statement it responds to.

Examples:

Statement: I am the soul of DU!
Response: Hm.

Statement: Washington will win their division
Response: Hmmmmmm.

Statement: Bacon makes any sandwich taste better.
Response: Hmmmmmmmmmm.

There has to be some actual hesitation, though, or no amount of MMMM will work, and a more abrupt response is needed.

Statement: The Cowboys suck!
Response: WTF? Moron!
