It was creamy and sweet with the grapes and mayo. I'm going to have to go back to that deli soon.
What's your favorite chicken salad recipe?

2. The chicken salad at Neomonde in Raleigh, NC. |
|
"Chunks of moist and tender chicken with celery, golden raisins, walnuts, light mayonnaise, parsley, and spices." Chicken salad is the last thing I'd think to order at a Lebanese restaurant/grocery, but it's killer.

3. I like almost any permutation |
|
But my favorite is curry chicken salad w/ cube chicken breast, sliced celery, halved green grapes and a dressing made with mayo, yogurt, a bit of chicken broth and curry powder.
Yum diddly um!

4. My wife makes a mean chick salad with grapes and poppy seed dressing |
|
and some other things, I'm not sure...lemon juice, mayo, etc.
I add some mustard to my sandwich and it's pretty tasty, especially on sourdough.

7. Yes, I know a lot of people do not like fruit or nuts in their chicken salad. |
|
I believe it really is much better with some fruit, rather it be, grapes, raisins, or apples.
