(The Frisky) -- I am officially, unofficially implementing a new rule for coupled people everywhere: please, if you are spoken for, you must mention it within five minutes of having a flirty conversation with me.

1. Holy cow! I've been married 27 years and never had a "flirty conversation."

So that's allowed? Nobidy told me.

2. It wouldn't have mattered

She had me way before the five-minute mark. See, I'd been listening to her give a presentation for the previous hour or so. So even though she dropped the bomb well within the five-minute time frame, as measured from the time we actually began talking, it was already too late. :cry:
