But it does appear that I have to be in the right mood to head off to one of the other forums. And I have to be intensly interested in the subject matter in order to bother jumping into a controversial one. I'm not much of a fan of participating in a heated debate unless it's something near and dear to me.

However, I very much enjoy reading the back and forth (on a variety of subjects) as long people are presenting well thought out pov's.

many times I've written a long, angry response and then paused. Do I REALLY want to start something? Will I be able to ignore replies if I just want to walk away?

9 times out of 10, I delete it and move on
