1. love this song
A 'message from millions' begging Keith Richards not to leave the Stones.

Also love Cry Tough, I Came To Dance, White Lies and lots of other great Nils songs.

2. I used to do the Website for a local CD store...
...and I convinced the managers to put a "Managers' Picks" rack right up front, between the two cash registers. I was the one who stocked the rack, they were all my picks, and I had a "Managers' Picks" page with photos and descriptions on the site.

One of the CDs I selected was "The Very Best Of Grin Featuring Nils Lofgren." For a MONTH, they couldn't keep it in stock. They'd order copies to stock the rack and they'd sell out immediately. After a month and a half sales tapered off, but I rotated the stock in the rack once a month anyway.

3. Great album
Moontears. White Lies.

I still listen to that and Nils' solo stuff.

Just a great artist. Also love Back It Up, No Mercy, Flip, Shine Silently.

For anyone who doesn't know, he's collaborated with many other artists like Neil Young, Lou Reed and Bruce S.

Just beautiful music that sounds as good today as when it was recorded.
