Does your pee smell after eating asparagus even if you can't smell it? |

http://bodyodd.msnbc.msn.com/_news/2010/09/29/5202909-does-your-pee-smell-after-eating-asparagus-even-if-you-cant-smell-it-I have to admit, that's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen on a news site. OF COURSE it smells!!! But damn is asparagus good.

1. Once at work during the 80's, after not having eaten asparagus for years... |

. . . . . ...having forgotten about that smell, I was standing in front of the urinal when the smell hit me (though I find it oddly pleasant). . . . I immediately started running through my recent sexual history. . . . True story!!! . . .

3. If a man speaks in the forest and there's no woman there to hear him - is he still wrong? |
|
No offense intended to the female DUers, that's just one of my favorites.

6. I finally have a prolific asparagus bed - first one since I was 5 years old. |
|
That's probably why I love it so much. I put one in about 5 years ago and it produces more than we can use now - it is only about 15'x4' and has maybe 20 or so of the original crowns (plus the off-shoots). I think it is going to produce a fall crop this year. That hasn't happened before, but the crowns are budding.

7. I can. My husband can't. When I do the shopping, we eat broccoli instead of asparagus. |

8. Supposedly it is a great hangover cure too. |
|
The asparagus I mean.
But though I love asparagus, I never want it when I am hungover lol.
