Anyone ever just feel....crazy?
I was officially put on medical leave today because of some medical conditions I have that are making it difficult to sleep, and I've developed an Anxiety disorder. I have just felt out of control and crazy lately. Please send warm, fuzzy, sane thoughts my way while I work through this. I know I don't post much anymore, but I still love this place and the people in it. And you will probably see me around more often.
Duckie

1. I have infinite sympathy for and appreciation of crazy folks.
They accomplish most of the great things in the world. Plus I'm no model of mental health myself. Keep on trucking, and you may very well find out it gets easier over time.

2. Welcome back, Duckie! It's great to see you!
And I'm so sorry that you're having a rough time. To answer your question, yes, I sometimes feel crazy, anxious and downright depressed. I also have had insomnia for years, but I now have a prescription for it and it really does help... :hi:

11. Mrs. Lib went through a long rough patch, but Prozac has really helped
hope everything works out.
And the Lounge is always open.

4. It's good to see you
I'm the official lounge crazy person, so if you ever feel the need to break it down and get a little nuts, feel free to contact me. :)

I hope you are feeling better soon. And, seriously, if you've felt it I've probably been there. Take care of yourself.

7. Thanks.
We moved last year though. We bought a house, and the only view is of the neighbor's shed that is falling down and our rather large front yard. But just because you like it:

6. Yeah, I have. You can get through this and it's likely to improve soon.
Get whatever form of help floats your boat and throw yourself into working on what's behind it. Medical conditions can be scary as all get-out, so honor those feelings and let them guide you toward what you need. Good luck.

15. Yes. Yes, I do.
More often than I'd like. Helps me to write things down, review my thoughts later.

Be kind to yourself from time to time, and be well.

16. I'm not nearly as crazy as I was, but yes,
I have felt that way.

After getting some (mot all) my physical health problems under control, and getting some counseling, I am much saner. I needed the counseling, but really, my physical health was causing many of my other problems.

Do what you need to get your sanity back. We love you, too.
