1. Cute. I had a cat who loved whole wheat bread.

4. My mother's cat loved corn (on the cob) and asparagus.
She more corn ON the cob than she could chew off it. (Predator fangs are not well suited such things.) And she would nip my mother on the ankles if her dinner was late.

6. Ankle? Kibble?
.
.
.
.
.
BOTH of them are two-syllable words ending in "le".

Coincidence?

I think not.

I'm just glad the word "penile" is an adjective and not the appendage
itself... or I would have had to wear a GOOD athletic supporter ALLATIME
around the cats in my past.

10. But.. but... I didn't say the cat nipped at my mother's kibbles.
Clearly I'm out of my depth here.

7. This is a major philosophical issue for me
I understand a lot of the arguments behind veganism -- but my closest advisors in the animal kingdom are cats, who, like Rupert, are obligate carnivores. If it's OK for kittehs to eat meat, why isn't it for me?

Also, I once know a cat who loved broccoli! He weighed well over 30 lbs.

9. Actually, he wasn't.
He was large and big-boned.

And his son was long. If there were a feline NBA, he'd have been in it. And his name was Pippin (Pippen)!
