Anyone ever been the proud human parent of a Bengal Cat?

Please share!

I saw one yesterday in a video clip and I think they are such lovely cats.

1. that is a beautiful cat
the first one I have ever seen. I will have to google them and learn about them. Funny how its face and legs look like your everyday tabby cat and then it has those beautiful markings on its body.

2. CMW and I came very close to buying a bengal as a companion for Ginger
a few years ago. We even went so far as to meet with a breeder and visit his cats. (Yes, they're beautiful, and the cats we met were very well behaved and socialized.) However, in the end, we decided there are plenty of shelter cats and kittens that need homes, so if we ever expand our family, we'll adopt a kitten from a shelter or a farm litter. :hi:

3. My neighbor has 2 of them
and they are very friendly (well, they know me pretty well), and they are incredibly beautiful. They look like wild cats when they're roaming through the garden.

4. The early generations
were pretty wild and unpredictable. That may have been bred out of them by now. They certainly are gorgeous.

5. my sister has two :)
I had a cat that was 1/2 Bengal. Beautiful, and fun! They have quite the personality too. My little girl was a silver. My sister's look more like the one in your pic.

This is not my kitty, she's been gone for a few years. But this is what she looked like. Tia was tiny. 5lbs. She died from diabetes.
