3. I think that's pretty hilarious. I don't know if I'd consider it satire, but it's funny.

If you understand the Star Trek reference, I don't know if I can explain it any further. Hitler is already evil, putting a goatee on him really doesn't change anything. I LOLed when I saw that pic.

On edit: This reminds me of a Halloween episode of South Park probably from 10 years or so back. Somehow, an "evil" Cartman came about and he had that Spock goatee on. But because Cartman was already evil, his "evil" doppelganger went around providing supplies and food to families who were about to get stuck in a storm. Perhaps an alternate universe "evil" Hitler would go around like Schindler and saving the Jewish people from the gulags of Franklin Roosevelt.
