Anyone eaten at a bustaurant?
A new trend in the food truck industry, but seeing as they are only in Los Angeles and San Francisco, I have not had the chance to check them out in person.

Cool article on them here ===> http://mobilecuisine.wordpress.com/2010/10/04/the-meals-on-the-bus-go-%E2%80%98round-and-%E2%80%98round/

Curious if any of you Californians have.

1. I also added a...
Technology review that iPhone and Android users may be interested in if you follow food trucks in your area.

3. Which bus?
I'm curious to here what you thought. How did it compare to other food trucks you've eaten at?

4. Tucson has a relatively new (to me, anyway) lunchtruck...

...called "Planet of the Crepes".
.
.
.
The usual lunchtrucks here are heavy on the Mexican food (sometimes EXCELLENT)
and Sonoran hot dogs (hard to make them NOT excellent).
.
.
.
It's hard for me to reach by bus or I might be there at this very moment.

Someone (maybe one of the proprietors) posted their menu on a local comment
board:

8. Austin has a growing "Trailer Food" trend.
There are a lot of camping trailers turned into rather specialized food counters. The overhead is low, so they can be experimental with the food. My favorite is GourDoughs--an over-sized specialty doughnut place. Their slogan is "Big.Fat.Donuts"(Gordo means "fat" in Spanish). But there are a lot of them, ranging from raw vegan food to barbeque, with a ton of taco and enchilada trailers.
