For me it’s a deep throaty laugh, ala Annie Archer in Fatal Attraction.

Smart, followed by good sexual chemistry, then warm and sensitive, then funny. I need them all though to be happy, but if I had to prioritize honestly.

A sense of humor & good mind comes in a very close second, for me. Especially the humor - as long as she's not laughing at everything I say, in which case it's probably fake and thus violates rule #1. :)
