Today was such a beautiful day and will be a great evening
After so many days of over 100 temps and dry, it has been raining all afternoon and now this evening. Temp is now 77 and I think the high was low 80's today.
Right now I call this a little bit of heaven. The morning temps are suppose to be in the low 50's after being in the 90's and high 80's and a few morning being over 100. I love this weather plus I enjoy rain.

1. My dear Monique1...
Check out this very cool weather radar map: It'll show you where the storms are, all over the country!

http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full_loop.php

We're having some light showers here in SoCal too...

And this is after the highest temps ever recorded in LA last week: 113!

It's very nice to be cooling off after all that.

:hi:

4. Dear Cailfornia Peggy
that was a great map. I just feel so relieved to finally not have the air pumping and walk outdoors and say I'll enjoy my coffee outdoors tomorrow. The morning forecast is the 50's. Yeah.

I have been in Az since 1977 and this is the worse summer I have ever experienced.

I hadn't been paying attention until one of my housemates went out
to smoke a cigarette and came RIGHT back in for a jacket (lifelong
Tucson resident, I believe).
