This whole "not underdog" thing is weird for a Phillies fan |

I grew up with the Phils sucking. Yeah, they won it all in 80 against all the odds, but generally, they weren't all that. Years of season tickets, watching them lose.
Now, after 4 years of division championships, there's a whole 'nother vibe. My friends' kids think of the team as perpetual winners instead of as losers. Very strange.
Tonight, instead of thinking "well, of course they're going to blow it", I thought "oh, they've come back from worse than this, no problem" and damn if they didn't pull it out.
(oh, and PS: what the hell happened to the Reds - what was that Keystone Kops stuff?)

2. we here in Pittsburgh feel a little better knowing that a PA team is in the |
|
playoffs.
Or do we? :hi: Good luck, though.

Although I still have the vague feeling that they'll blow it in the end only because after a lifetime of that it's an inevitable feeling anymore.
