The Proliferation of gourmet food trucks on city streets |

It may sound like the beginning of a bad joke, but in fact, they’re all driving food trucks.
Whether you live in Miami, Cincinnati, Atlanta or Los Angeles, you’ve probably noticed food trucks popping up on city streets. Need to Know explored this growing industry through the story of 28-year-old Oleg Voss, the owner of the Schnitzel & Things truck in New York City. Find out how he went from a plush job in Austria, Vienna, to selling street meat.I saw some of these when I was in Downtown Milwaukee on my vacation a couple months back. I was tempted, but didn't try them out. I went to a place called Real Chili instead, and had the best damn bowl of chili I've ever had in a restaurant setting. http://www.onmilwaukee.com/dining/articles/realchiliprofile.html

well, the last few episodes anyway and the trucks looked interesting. Still, I was a little concerned about hygiene, lol. And the prices were high.
