Anyone here have bottled water delivered to their home?

I do not like our well water (it's a rented home, shallow well, sulfur-ish smell) for cooking or drinking, and hate lugging in bottles of water from the grocery store. I am seriously considering getting Deer Park water delivered ... when I was a kid in California we had Sparkletts delivered b/c our water when we lived near the beach had teeny tiny shrimp in it on occasion :) I haven't had good tap water in years (and don't necessarily find that Brita faucet filters do the trick). I just don't trust this well.

Anyway. How much does monthly water delivery cost these days? The website I reviewed won't give me a quote, just tells me to call during business hours but that means I'd have to WAIT for 12 hours or so... so I'm asking you good Loungers if you know what the price range is. I do not need a cooler along with it - just the water and the stand.

Thanks :hi:

3. Zephyrhills (which is "local" here) is around $30/mo for 4 of the big jugs.
Each jug is 5 gallons, which is what they recommend for a small family. 6 jugs is around $40.

4. I use a contertop water distiller.
Mine is a Sears Kenmore. Fill with tap water. Makes about a gallon in 4 hours.
Cheapest price in the long run IMHO. I only use it for coffee and cooking.
Figure about $150. If seen them for as low as $75 with some reaching nearly $400.
