2. Steve Adler fell pretty hard
He was the original drummer for Guns N Roses. He got the boot when the band was the biggest band in rock and fell into obscurity. I hear he's doing good now days, though, and has dealt with the problems that he had back then.

9. Axl Rose. His band was on top, but his idiotic behavior and total addiction
cost him a lot of support among concert promoters. They had a bad reputation for showing up 4 or 5 hours late, and on several occasions not showing up at all after keeping a full huse andience waiting for 4 hours (in Philly-there are still Philly radio people who won't play G&R several years later).

His own band left him, his latest album took years to make and sucked.

He did it all to himself.
