Saw the new Woody Allen movie today: "You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger"
...and I loved it. Less weird than Allen's movies sometimes are. A nice story, well cast, lovely sound track. And at the end, you realize that Woody has left you with no endings. Each character has advanced, but is in a worse dilemma than at the beginning!

I want a sequel.

2. 'worse dilemma than the beginning' Thats from a verse.
Edited on Sun Oct-17-10 02:18 PM by RandomThoughts
I actually explained that in a post, note that it has a clause, that it is for those with a bad to start with, for those with a good wrongly treated, the effect is opposite on those against them, also as shown.

I understand people use that verse as a vindication of thoughts of status quo. And understand how it is thought by some. And it is wrong by many other contradictory posts. So I ask, although I don't wish hardship on people, nor do I think my claims are part of the thoughts in that concept, is it in me you see such things?

And I spend my time finding the better thoughts in many people.

12. Tacky as he is, Allen only boned his girlfriend's daughter. He didn't murder any one
And if I may coin a phrase here... That's harsh.

6. Question for Woody Allen fans
What makes anyone think he is a great film maker? For the most part his movies stink. Is it because he is a New Yorker and therefore gets East Coast press? Inquiring minds want to know.

10. There are quite a few movies he's made that I didn't care for, but the ones
he's made that convince me he's a creative genius are those like "What's Up, Tiger Lily?", "Annie Hall", & "Manhattan Murder Mystery".
