Wonder what anger management classes are like? Anyone here know?

Seems to be that abusers, be they male or female, are going to be abusive a-holes and NOT control their aggressive abusive impulses when they believe there will be no consequences, but will control those impulses when there will be consequences. For example, I doubt many abusers would try to be up on a tsumo wrestler.

My evaluation concluded that I was not angry, but suffering from acute anxiety. It turns out that I have a right to be angry about some of the things that have happened lately. I just have to learn how to react differently. I need to understand what I can control, and what I should ignore. This has been very helpful to me.

7. I dunno. They advertise it on the teevee. "Got low T?" It's for low testosterone.

I imagine it's testosterone meds, a male version of female HRT, except testosterone makes you more aggressive. It doesn't just give you cancer and heart attacks like HRT.

Now, if you're talking about a private counseling center....those are good.
