Hot damn do I love to eat chicken. It's the best thing ever.
I only eat white meat chicken (dark meat is gross), but it is so delicious in all its form. I had this awesome thai chicken wrap for dinner tonight, and it was so awesome because it was HUGE AWESOME CHUNKS OF CHICKEN.

What I mean is, I really like how good chicken tastes. I can't get enough of these birds. Damn. So tasty.

Anybody else love to eat chicken???

9. Try this;
Edited on Thu Oct-21-10 10:58 PM by A HERETIC I AM
Stuffed Chicken Leg with Marsala sauce, Gordon Ramsay;

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-z5VgGkZdok&p=EF808F99DEA332F3&playnext=1&index=40

I'm not a big fan of pine nuts nor do I like the idea of a sausage stuffing, so I've done essentially the same thing using a pounded out boneless breast filled with a mushroom stuffing (where I sweat out chopped Portabellas, herbs and shallots and then do a white wine reduction and add to simple bread stuffing), wrapped like he does in the video, poached and sauteed. Serve with garlic mashed and yer' laughin', as the Aussies would say.

Bacon wrapped poached chicken. MMMMMmmmmmmm. Try it. You'll like it.

12. I love chicken, but not the white meat.
I can eat the white meat if it's cooked very, very carefully and put into a sandwich or a stew, but by itself, it isn't really appealing to me. I love chicken thighs the best--fried, baked, grilled, whatever. :)

16. Love your user name. Our tabasco peppers did GREAT this season and my wife made her own sauce.
Edited on Fri Oct-22-10 07:08 AM by HopeHoops
All of the hot peppers did way better than expected - Tabasco, habanero, cayenne, and Thai. A few small plants produced so many fruits that we not only have jars of sauce taking up a shitload of space in the refrigerator but the things are hanging all over the dining room chandelier to dry. Curiously, the sweet peppers were just as prolific. I have no idea how they even survived early July - it was like the Sahara here.

On Edit: Oh, and we went through at least a gallon (cumulative) of salsa that she made entirely from vegetables out of our garden. Good shit, Maynard.

14. Yeah, but don't EVER use cornflakes to make the breading for fried chicken.
One should ONLY use Count Chocula cereal for that purpose. See, and here YOU probably didn't think there was ANY good purpose for Count Chocula.

21. Well I've been vegetarian for over 20 years and haven't eaten the chocolate cereal since like '74.
So neither is really applicable for me. I just couldn't pass up an opportunity to work in the cornflakes thing.

23. M-m-m-m... chicken hot fudge sundaes!!!

Actually, chocolate-covered chicken is nothing radical.
.
.
.
.
.
The most common Mexican chicken mole sauce "Mole (pronounced mo-LAY) Poblano,
(there are dozens of WIDE varieties) "contains about twenty ingredients, including
chili peppers and chocolate, which works to tame the heat of the chili peppers. But
it is not a chocolate sauce per se as it is just one of the many ingredients and does
not dominate. It helps give the sauce its dark color" (from Wikipedia).
.
.
.
I was surprised (and a little disappointed) the first time I tried it that it did NOT
taste at all like chocolate -- and I remember neither liking nor disliking it.

.
Meh.

We tend to eat it a lot since we don't eat beef or pork. I do love the dark meat though.
