I've felt uncomfortable at times alone with strange men under certain circumstances. Thankfully, I've never had to resort to what this girl did. But I'd like to think I would if I could.

8. You know what bugs me about this video?

... Whether it be fake or real, whoever put it on YouTube titled it 'A girl every dad could be proud of'. If this hypothetically was a real attack, kudos to the girl who fended it off, but what if she'd been unable to? Sadly a much more likely scenario...

I see the same few people in GD Rape threads advocate for the victim to 'carry a gun' or some such thing. :eyes: But seriously, even if she'd had a gun, would that really have helped? Even if this scene is fake, attacks such as this happen so quickly. Who'd have time to properly defend themselves w/or even without a gun?

10. Notice when she got on the elevator she stood right in front of the buttons...

...close enough so that no one else could get in there. That gives her access to the alarm button as well as the other elevator controls. It suggests she was alert to the possibilitity of an attack before whatshisname ever got on.
