but the majority of deaths of storm chasers are from vehicle accidents IIRC. Tornadoes are somewhat predictable in which way the travel and chasers know not to get too close, even bother attempting to drive in a rain wrapped area which may be hiding a tornado. Now these guys with the tank vehicles are a different story. They actually try to get inside of it.

5. Reminds me of that show Storm Chasers

A couple of different crews completely armored their vehicles and one crew was able to get inside two tornadoes. From the video it doesn't look like he is driving an armored vehicle, plus I couldn't really tell what was going on but I'm surprised if he survived that.
