We had monarch butterflies in the garden yesterday (pics)
My daughter came racing around the house telling us to come see the butterflies. I wish I could have gotten more of them in the pics, but she sure had a good time with them :)

1. I'm not a biologist, but I'm pretty sure that's not a butterfly in your pictures: looks to me like
a cute little girl instead

There were probably 20 or more butterflies back there and I only managed to get one butterfly in each pic lol

6. Looks like a cute, little girl to me, too.
But, those butterflies look more like Gulf fritillaries. ;-) Regardless, I'm always happy to hear about a youngster getting excited about such things.
