Does anyone drink coke or pepsi anymore?
I'll take some cola as a mix for rye, once in awhile, but it's been years since I actually bought and drank a bottle of either.

1. SO has rediscovered diet Pepsi
Doc told him to cut out the sugar, including drinks. So, he's happy with Pepsi 0 for a while at least.

I haven't had a soft drink in ages. If I want fizzy, it's normally mineral water with a twist of lemon or lime.

39. I drink quite a bit of diet coke. I understand that even diet pop can make you gain weight. I think
it has to do with insulin or something. When I start my diet I know I will have to give it up.

2. I, too, have to avoid sugar and have found that I really LIKE...
.
.
.
... Diet Coke with Lime. It really doesn't "taste diet" to me.
.
.
.
Half the time, I'm drinking sparkling water with some sort of "fruit essence" in it.
.
.
.
I've always liked the "scrubbing bubbles" -- ESPECIALLY in the morning.
.
.
.

But I don't drink it nearly as much as I used to.

Somehow The Last Supper featuring Diet Coke and Bread doesn't have quite the same resonance.

7. Well, I'd never use Diet Coke
At least not as long as it contains Donald Rumsfeld's favorite neurotoxin.

My Dad created this plant called Stevia. They really need to look into it.

Pepsi TB is made of a blend of cane and beet sugar.

37. It can be a bit hard to find and a bit spendier, but I think it is worth the cost.
The only store I found that carries it here is not my favorite place to buy groceries, but I will stop in and buy a few bottles every week.

13. Coke every once in awhile
Mostly to wake up since I'm not a coffee drinker. I never manage to finish it either, and it takes me a long time to drink what little of it I do. Never liked Pepsi - too fizzy and sweet.

Ya can't just get a cup of water, it's irritating. I usually only have about four sips then I'm done.

15. Rarely.
One or two a month, and usually diet ones at that. Most of the time I drink sugar-free flavored water--either Aquafina FlavorSplash Grape, or sugarfree Kool Aid (hey, I have kids, lol).

Well, one of about six-dozen. #libertine

I never understood the snorting it thing though; you can't really taste it that way, it makes my nose tingle and my $100 bills damp and sticky.

30. Probably, two of each, per month....
Since Pepsi has their throwbacks out, I get the itch to have one every now and then, same with Coke as well. Usually I stick with water, or diet Mt. Dew if I need caffeine

31. Nah. It's bad for you, really.
I love the taste of Pepsi, but I stick mostly with water and iced tea these days. Years of drinking that kind of stuff and eating processed foods have taken their toll. The rubber has met the road where diet and health is concerned, no going back now.

Sometimes I want the fizz. Sometimes I just want the zip of the lemon. I have some stomach issues and can't have a ton of caffeine.
