Mrs. V.'s brother's house burned down last night.
His son, his son's fiancé, and their two-year-old daughter live -- lived -- with him. Everyone got out safely. They lost everything.

The Red Cross gave them enough money for two nights at a motel. After that, god knows what will happen, where they will go.

Mrs. V. is crying her eyes out. She said, "I don't know what else can go wrong down there (Tennessee)." Mrs. V. has had a very rough year with family problems.

Please send good vibes or prayers for our Tennessee family.

5. Sending vibes, hoping life can get back to normal soon for them
Or should I hope for better-than-normal, from the sound of it?
Please give Mrs. V. another .

Of course it's great they got out alive, but to lose everything? Damn.

10. I'm so sorry for Mrs. V. and her Tennessee family
Thank goodness they all survived the fire! The last time I asked "what else could go wrong?" God kicked my ass and said "that's what!" Please don't let her dwell on that kind of thinking. I hope her family recovers quickly and finds a new home ASAP.
