My daughter has been home for the last week, recuperating from her collarbone surgery. She is doing well.
Wilson the cat is becoming quite spoiled. He now expects her to stay home all the time.
She went to the doctor yesterday. A friend took her to lunch and to get some groceries today. Wilson was upset. When they locked the door and left the apartment, Wilson stuck his paw under the front door and searched around for her like he was trying to snag her and pull her back inside. Poor Wilson. Things will be tough for him when she goes back to work.

She must be pretty special to him. He'll get over his crush. We all do.
Edited to add:
Could you post a pic of your lovesick kitty? Please?

in an email. I don't know how to do that yet with this Mac.
He is a cute tabby with tawny coloring and tawny eyes. When he was about six months old, he was wandering around outside her building. He may have been dumped there. Someone opened the laundry room window and let him in. People started feeding him in the laundry room, and someone brought in a litter box. They were worried that the building management would bring him to the pound or throw him out. Laura elected to adopt him. She named him after the street that runs behind her building, Wilson Street. That is where he was wandering.
When President Obama talks on TV, Wilson sits and listens!
