The Wicker Man (1973)
I just got my copy of The Wicker Man! My Halloween movie. Not only do I get to see Britt EKland dancing around butt naked, I get to watch one of the creepiest, weirdest B movies ever. With the most horrifying ending ever. It is ridiculous how pumped I am to put this on Sunday night. :)

2. That's a body double for Ekland...
strange, but true.
my reaction upon finding that out was, "What? They hired her for her acting chops? What the hell???!!!"
It is a great movie.
An old professor of mine did the score. And I never knew that until years after I had graduated, and he had died.

4. And avoid the remake with Nic Cage at all costs.
Those responsible for that atrocity should be next to burn in the Wicker Man.

5. I know. It is Bizarre
But actually very good in a weird way. It would have never occurred to me to make it into a flick for Halloween but now that you mention it, I think it's a great idea! I hope you all have fun w/it. :-)

6. I really enjoy the fact that it was originally made to
be a drive in, toss away B movie, and is now considered to be one of the best of the horror genre. I like movies like that. :)
