Airport patdowns require mass rebellion - but there's a simple way...
Act totally compliant but as soon as a hand gets ANYWHERE near the naughty bits, in a loud voice say, "HEY, WATCH where you PUT those hands. I'm MARRIED, damn it!"

You don't actually have to be married to use this line, but if enough people do it AND refuse the Hustler Magazine screening devices, maybe they'll get the hint eventually.

Let a trio of bikini gals pat me down, and then I get to pat them down...
Security concerns would be met, and I would fly as often as possible!

14. Or smile and do a forward hip thrust.
And a "Hi, there big boy".

Guarantee they'll change screeners.

Also DO NOT opt for a private "pat down" - "No, I want everyone to see my civil liberties violated."

15. Okay, that reminded me of a scene from "Blazing Saddles"
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JMK6lzmSk2o

No offense to GLBT members, but that's just part of the offensiveness the ENTIRE movie was based on. If there was a way to offend someone, Mel Brooks tried to do so.

17. I like your last suggestion. Make them do the private pat down in public.
And saying that you want everyone to see your civil liberties being violated is great. I do so much to stay under the radar when I fly, I do not want any problems, I do not want to be singled out, because I worry that I will never get on my plane---but to some federal prison---if they start to abuse me. But...this is so good that I might be inclined to do this myself.

TitS & Ass? This latest outrageous ploy on the part of the idiots who run the useless POS agency ought to be met with outrage. If the public simply refused to fly until the powers that be instituted something resembling "smart" security, things would change in a hurry. People in large numbers have the power. How bad does it have to get before they decide to exercise it?

prospect of being irradiated would surely have made a difference, but so far, no luck. The latest directive allows them to touch grandma's crotch through her clothing. I'm hoping that will generate a few outcries here and there, but you're right. I think it will take full on body cavity searches before the public finally has enough and refuses to fly. Only then will the airline industry step in and put pressure on the government to restore sanity at security checkpoints. As always, $$ will talk.
